It runs six exhibitions per year, comprising solo and group shows by contemporary artists from Africa, Asia, Australia and Oceania, the Americas, Europe and the Middle East. The Education Department fulfils this aim by running an extensive artist-led programme of education workshops, seminars and exhibitions for nurseries, primary and secondary schools and community groups.
