| An exhibition of Fanté flags from Ghana, from the collection of Peter Adler. These flags, used by battalions of Fanté soldiers, borrowed much of their imagery from the symbols found on the ensigns of Colonial British battalions yet still retain sources of inspiration and execution that are uniquely African. |
